End of January

Welcome Friends, thanks so much for stopping by! And, thank you Lord for another beautiful day that you have given to me. Well, it's Monday and here in the coalfields it's a gray morning, but, hey I'm certainly not complaining. We have, as most of you, had too much snow...hopefully, the storm this week will bring only rain. My driveway and walks are finally clear of ice and snow so I think I am going to run some errands. But, I've still got a lot of things to do this morning before going out.  I've been a little under the weather for a couple of days since everyone in the family has had the cold and stomach virus so you can just imagine what my house must look like. Oh, yeah., it's a mess!  After I get the cleaning part out of the way, I really need to give the "Dukester" a bath. Boy, does he get upset, I'm thankful he's so small or else I would have to have help with bath time. This little doggy really gets mean. How many others have this problem with their furbabies?
Got a lot of projects on my 2-do-list...don't really know where to start first. I keep getting such good ideas from the gals at The Primitive Pantry that I will never get done..but, I'm loving being a part of their world.  Don't you think it's such a blessing to be a part of the Internet communities? What did we do before Internet? It's such a great tool, so many valuable resources available and so many giving, caring people who will share their lives and ideas. I, for one, am grateful for everyone that I have been blessed to meet.
Later today I will be posting a tutorial...how I make my grubby candles. Hope you will drop back by and take a look. This will be my first tutorial ever!! Nothing fancy, just a simple, quick project..I'm an impatient girlie who likes to see results fast. I'm always trying to find quicker ways and shortcuts to making "prim" projects for my home. Hope to see you later!!!
Have a safe and blessed day. Until later!!
